These boxes are the newer versions with more mounting options, so feel free to pre-order them. They will go fast.
We have a few of the original Cookie Composites HC5/7 boxes still in stock.
They actually work quite well for top mounting.
The only issue is that the hinge is on the opposite side from the newer ones, making it difficult to watch the LCD without removing the camera from the box.
We are, however, trying to sell our remaining inventory at a reduced price.

News and Events
We anticipate resuming shipments of our RDS sliders in early May 2008 as we establish a new source for even better metal rings.
We have had a difficult time with suppliers for our rings.
We insisted on the best quality.
But in the end, we are working on an even better ring - significantly lighter, even more rounded and smooth surfaces, and overall higher quality production methods.
On 12 April, we received the first evaluation rings.
Despite some minor issues, they look very nice.
We are now developing the required deburring and smoothing operations to make sure these are the best rings on the market.
Within a week or two, we will update this page to indicate when we will be able to ship quality rings that are compatible with all the sliders we have made and our future production.
